Free and Pro are for individuals and small firms running their own jobs. Corporate below adds a manager seat: open a teammate’s project the way they see it, and assign a task, programme, survey or meeting to someone else on the team. Branding and a tailored setup stay on Levels 2 and 3.
Corporate — three clear levels
Level 1 is the same for every team. A manager seat is £99.99 a month, or £990 a year. Each teammate pays for Pro themselves.
Open the project the way they see it. Tasks, the programme, surveys and meetings are the same screens. A bar at the top shows it is a team review.
Hand a task, programme item, survey or meeting to another person on the team. It lands on one of their projects. The item stays as they wrote it.
When the whole job should change hands, move the project to another paid teammate. Tasks, programme, surveys, meetings and photos go with it.

One seat covers that manager’s own use. From Team, review a teammate’s project on their screens and assign work to someone else on the team.

You send the invite from your own email. They tap the link, the FreeDom website opens, and they sign in with that address. Once they are on Pro, you can review their projects and assign work. The team stays open while at least one manager seat is paid.
